1. Introduction

Steadworth, LLC ("Steadworth", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to conducting its business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This Compliance Training Policy ("Policy") establishes a framework for providing compliance training to our employees.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their compliance obligations.

  • Provide employees with the knowledge and skills they need to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Promote a culture of compliance within Steadworth.

3. Scope

This Policy applies to all Steadworth employees, including officers, directors, and contractors.

4. Training Requirements

All employees will be required to complete compliance training on a regular basis. The specific training requirements for each employee will be determined by the Compliance Officer based on the employee's job function and the compliance risks associated with their role.

Compliance training may include:

  • Anti-money laundering training

  • Fair lending training

  • Consumer protection training

6. Training Records

The Compliance Officer will maintain records of all compliance training completed by employees.
